Blueberries are a stupendous superfruit due to all of the good they house. The fruit contains fiber, folate, vitamin C, iron, and zinc, just to name a few vitamins and minerals. The fiber can help diabetes by keeping glucose levels lower and iron and zinc help make bones stronger. Add to that the antioxidants that help block cancer cells and blueberries can be called one of the best fruits around.
