Ginger is a fantastic root to help with nausea and morning sickness. The phenolic compounds in ginger also help with digestion. Along with mainly stomach issues, ginger can help bring down inflammation as well. Generally, the root is not eaten directly but shredded into recipes, made into tea or consumed in a lozenge or other easy to take form.
