SHIPPING COSTS

All the items from our online store now have free shipping to Canada and the United States! No minimum spending required. We will ship for free via regular air courier.

 

For all shipping to the United States, any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All orders will be transacted in Canadian dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency.

 

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Orders will be processed within 72 hours of submission, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed out the next business day.

Delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the shipping date (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

You may only ship to one address per order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points”.

 

In the unlikely event your package arrives in damaged condition, please contact our support team at HELLO@PURPLELUXE.COM so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.


All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
