Purple Luxe is a premier online label of premium cufflinks and accessories for women. Inspired by fashionistas, business and career women’s lifestyle, we conceived the Purple Luxe brand to elevate women’s fashion. All products are crafted out of materials of the highest quality, redefining the role of cufflinks in women’s style.

 

HOW DOES PURPLE LUXE WORK?

Purple Luxe periodically designed high-end cufflinks, shirts and other accessories, where you can order online. In order to ship, just purchase the item (s) you want to acquire. For Purple Luxe’s boutique business, items will be made and once received, they will be delivered immediately, often within 24 hours. Please allow 20-25 business days to receive your items.

  

HOW LONG DOES ORDER TAKE?

7-14 business days on most items, sometimes orders come in early.

 

ARE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE AUTHENTIC?

We guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. We craft them locally in Montreal (Qc) Canada with the finest metals and materials to achieve undisputable styles and designs.

   

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM PURPLE LUXE NEWSLETTERS?

Click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the newsletter, and follow the steps in the prompted window. You may also sign into your account, click ACCOUNT DETAILS from the dropdown menu at the upper left corner of any Purple Luxe page, and unclick the box EMAIL PREFERENCES under MY PROFILE. HOW DO I SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE?

We feature SIZE & FIT details for each product listed on our site. You may also click on VIEW SIZE CHART, found on each Purple Luxe product page for help with size conversion. 

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You may cancel an order with 24hr. After that period, an order may not be cancelled unless the shipment has been unavoidably delayed past the stated estimated delivery window.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

After you submit an order, it is not possible to make any changes, such as quantities or sizes. A new order will have to be placed. Please contact a customer representative as soon as possible at HELLO@PURPLELUXE.COM or 1 (866) 683-6212 to discuss your options.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email including the shipping information and estimated delivery dates of any item(s) available for pre-order. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

When you place an order at Purple Luxe, you are charged the total price of the item(s) at checkout, including shipping fees, taxes and/or duties (when applicable). 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES PURPLE LUXE ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Visa Prepaid Card, personal checks, money orders, PayPal or Discover. 

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS?

We can only accept one credit card to place an order. If you have multiple items in an order, you are welcome to place separate orders with different credit cards.

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED AND IN WHAT CURRENCY?

 

Purchases made through the online store will be instantly charged to your provided credit card. All charges and prices indicated on Purple Luxe are in USD. Our current sales platform only provides the ability to bill in USD. We are actively looking to build a plateform that will charge in CAD for Canadians.
